Ensure your airgun or accessory is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all manuals and safety components.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
